Each meeting blends open conversation with practical skills like breathwork, affirmations, light movement, and relational techniques. Whether you’re navigating family dynamics, stress, burnout, or the long haul of caregiving, this group is for you.

Biweekly gatherings Tuesdays, 5:30–6:30PM 

Small group of 8–10 

Guided by Licensed Professional Counselor Patricia Dempsey 

$40 per session (insurance/waiver accepted)
